Junior Sales Manager (M/F/X) – Lausanne

About the role

Our client, a leading provider of financial and administrative solutions for medical practices in Switzerland, is expanding its sales team in the Lausanne area. The Junior Sales Manager will support growth across French‑speaking Switzerland by building relationships with healthcare professionals and promoting the company’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of clients across French‑speaking Switzerland.
• Prospect new business opportunities through leads, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote the company's services.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals and practice owners.
• Negotiate and close new contracts while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within the CRM system.

Required profile

• Initial experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a service‑oriented environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a genuine interest in developing business relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and autonomous approach.
• Fluent in French and a good understanding of German (CRM and internal tools are primarily in German).
• Comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule, and travelling regularly within French‑speaking Switzerland.
• Experience in healthcare, financial services, or professional services is a strong advantage.
