About the role
EDV Werke is looking for a Junior Sales Specialist to help grow its client base and support existing customers. You will act as the first point of contact, delivering excellent service and promoting our SAP and Industry 4.0 solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Actively develop existing business and pursue new prospects.
- Contact clients via telephone and email, and manage social media channels.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Educate prospects on product features, terminology and benefits.
- Provide responsive customer service and handle administrative tasks such as post management.
Required profile
- Fluent in German and English (full professional proficiency).
- Experience in B2B or B2C customer‑service or lead‑generating environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a matrix organization and embrace a team‑culture approach.
