Junior Transformation Officer

About the role

The Junior Transformation Officer supports Group Compliance in executing its transformation agenda. Working closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders, you will help structure, track, and deliver strategic projects, while gaining exposure to change initiatives and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor progress of key projects and initiatives, maintaining dashboards, trackers and escalating risks as needed.
• Own smaller projects or workstreams from scoping to delivery, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timelines are met.
• Support operational teams in formalising project documentation such as charters, roadmaps, action plans and status reports.
• Prepare presentations and briefing materials for steering committees, management meetings and other governance forums.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, templates and tools within Group Compliance.

Required profile

• Strong data, organisational and planning abilities with capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
• High level of reliability, discretion and professionalism.
• Proactive ownership, attention to detail and ability to follow through on actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
