Key Account Manager – DACH

About the role

StubHub is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead ticket supply for the DACH region. Based in Zurich, you will build and scale high‑quality inventory across sports, concerts, theatre and other live events, ensuring the platform offers the right tickets to millions of fans.

Key responsibilities

• Map the DACH supply landscape, identify inventory gaps by event, category and seller type, and prioritize high‑impact acquisition opportunities.
• Acquire new ticket suppliers through networking and relationship building, covering sports, concerts, theatre and other live events.
• Own regional supply KPIs such as inventory depth, sell‑through, revenue contribution and supplier concentration.
• Use data to launch targeted initiatives that improve supply quality and coverage.
• Manage the full commercial lifecycle: pipeline creation, deal execution, onboarding and ongoing revenue growth.
• Negotiate industry‑leading economic terms and act as the primary contact for the region’s largest suppliers.
• Represent the DACH region internally, reporting progress to the International Operations Manager in monthly and quarterly meetings.

Required profile

• Highly autonomous self‑starter with strong commercial instincts.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building processes from scratch.
• Relationship‑driven yet data‑informed, with experience in account management and end‑to‑end sales cycles.
• Passion for live events and ticketing.
• Medium proficiency with Excel and data analysis; SQL/Snowflake knowledge is a plus.
