Store Manager – Luxury Boutique (Geneva)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our high‑luxury boutique in Geneva. The successful candidate will drive sales performance, ensure the brand’s standards are upheld, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop the sales team, setting individual and collective targets.
• Motivate staff, foster a positive work environment and promote collaboration.
• Build long‑term client relationships using clienteling tools and ensure the highest level of service.
• Implement action plans to boost business, including visual merchandising, product performance and team animation.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, supporting team members and growing a personal client portfolio.
• Maintain efficient sales‑floor management and ensure compliance with brand policies and daily operational tasks.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of experience in luxury retail management.
• Strong leadership, communication and training abilities.
• Passion for the luxury sector and deep knowledge of fashion and luxury history.
• Fluent in English and French.
