About the role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth and stakeholder engagement for rare disease therapies across Switzerland. This field‑based position will focus on building strong partnerships with specialist physicians, hospitals and treatment centres.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with specialist physicians, hospitals and treatment centres.
- Support disease awareness and patient access initiatives within the rare disease space.
- Deliver regional account plans aligned with commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with medical, market access and cross‑functional teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve stakeholder engagement and patient pathways.
- Maintain a strong understanding of regional healthcare dynamics and reimbursement environments.
Required profile
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or specialty healthcare sales/account management.
- Background in rare diseases, orphan drugs or specialty care preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system.
- Ability to work independently while managing regional priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
