Lead – Cybercrime Atlas Initiative

About the role

The World Economic Forum is seeking a Lead for its Cybercrime Atlas Initiative. This senior position will establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) in Geneva, driving a collaborative global effort to map and mitigate cybercrime.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and oversee the PMO that supports the Cybercrime Atlas research and community.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Initiative, including supervision of the Community Coordinator.
• Develop governance frameworks, policies and procedures to ensure sustainable collaboration among public and private stakeholders.
• Scale research activities, validate impact, and produce policy recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with global businesses, law‑enforcement agencies, and cybercrime investigators.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multi‑stakeholder projects in the cybersecurity or public‑private partnership space.
• Strong project‑management skills with ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Deep understanding of the cybercrime landscape and its investigative processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
