Lead Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to shape visual storytelling across our marketing, product, and brand initiatives. You will own the creation of both static and motion assets that drive engagement and conversion for a fast‑growing fintech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and production of visual assets for campaigns, social media, web, and digital advertising (static and motion).
• Translate creative briefs into bold, conversion‑focused graphics and short‑form motion content.
• Collaborate with content, video, and performance‑marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and impact.
• Analyze performance data to iterate and scale high‑performing visual directions.
• Maintain brand templates, visual systems, and ensure pixel‑perfect execution at scale.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway) to accelerate ideation and production.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or related creative roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital‑first design, visual storytelling, and high‑quality execution.
• Passion for clean design, typography, motion fluency, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines while maintaining brand excellence.
