Learning Content Designer – Retail Training

About the role

Swatch is looking for a Learning Content Designer to create engaging, storytelling‑driven training for its retail teams worldwide. You will translate complex watch movements, materials and craftsmanship into clear learning experiences that support the brand’s heritage and elevate client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop product learning content that simplifies technical watch features for diverse retail audiences.
• Create storytelling‑focused modules that showcase brand heritage, craftsmanship and collection narratives.
• Develop customer‑excellence training programs emphasizing luxury behaviours, emotional intelligence and premium client service.
• Build coaching tools and resources to help store managers and trainers reinforce learning on the shop floor.
• Produce blended learning journeys that combine digital, virtual and in‑person formats for global rollout.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Retail teams to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment and operational relevance.
• Use learning analytics to measure impact, optimise content and boost learner engagement across markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in learning design, retail training or brand education (luxury, fashion or watches preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite and an LMS platform.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
