Legal Counsel (6‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Temporary Legal Counsel will provide practical, business‑oriented legal support across commercial, corporate, compliance and operational matters for the Solvias Group of Companies. This 6‑month contract is ideal for an experienced lawyer who can quickly integrate into a fast‑paced international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including master service, confidentiality, vendor, consulting, service, quality, licensing and collaboration contracts.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice to internal stakeholders across commercial, HR, procurement, finance and quality functions.
• Support implementation and maintenance of corporate compliance initiatives, including data privacy, anti‑bribery, trade and corporate regulations.
• Assist HR with employment‑related legal matters, policies, contracts and investigations.
• Establish and improve legal workflows, document management, contract tracking systems and foundational legal infrastructure.
• Coordinate with external counsel on specialized advice, claims, disputes and pre‑litigation matters.

Required profile

• Law degree (JD, LL.B., LL.M. or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Qualified to practice law in at least one relevant jurisdiction.
• 5–8 years of legal experience, preferably with in‑house exposure.
• Demonstrated experience supporting commercial contracting and general corporate legal matters.
• Strong familiarity with compliance, risk management and employment law.
