Legal Counsel (80/100% – Morges/Zurich)

About the role

Manpower is seeking a motivated Legal Counsel to join its growing team in Switzerland. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on a variety of legal matters across contract, labour, and corporate law while supporting the internal legal department.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting legal correspondence and basic court documents.
• Conduct legal research under supervision.
• Support the review and organization of Swiss and international contracts.
• Liaise with cantonal and federal authorities as required.
• Perform general administrative and organisational tasks for the legal team.

Required profile

• Recently completed Master’s degree in Swiss law.
• Attorney internship or initial experience in a legal environment is a plus.
• Bar certificate is a plus.
• Interest in contract law, labour law, corporate law, and related areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German, French and English.
• Detail‑oriented, eager to learn and proactive.
• Team player with a pragmatic attitude.
