Legal Counsel – Real Estate (Hybrid, Zurich)

About the role

Alpinum Solutions is seeking a specialised Legal Counsel to support a leading services provider with real‑estate focused contract management and legal matters. The role is based in Zurich with a hybrid work model and runs for a four‑month fixed‑term period.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support for real‑estate transactions, lease agreements, property management and land‑registry issues.
• Advise on civil and contract law matters with a strong emphasis on real‑estate law.
• Research regulatory challenges affecting project development, including environmental, permitting and land‑use regulations.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal risks throughout the lifecycle of real‑estate projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve legal issues related to construction, tenancy and public planning law.

Required profile

• Swiss Master of Law (MLaw); admission to the Swiss Bar is preferred.
• Professional experience in the legal department of a real‑estate company or in private practice with a real‑estate focus.
• Deep knowledge of Swiss real‑estate law, tenancy law, property law, construction contract law and public construction and planning law.
• Ability to deliver pragmatic, business‑oriented advice while managing legal risk and ensuring compliance.
• Fluent German (written and spoken); English proficiency is an asset.
