Legal Counsel – Real Estate (Zurich/Hybrid)

About the role

Alpinum Solutions is seeking a Legal Counsel with a focus on real estate to support internal contract management and related legal matters for a leading services provider. The role is based in Zurich with a hybrid work arrangement and runs for four months.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support on real estate transactions, property management, lease agreements, and land‑registry matters.
• Offer counsel on civil and contract law issues, emphasizing real estate matters.
• Research legal and regulatory challenges affecting project development, including environmental, permitting, and land‑use laws.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks throughout real estate projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address legal issues related to real estate law.

Required profile

• Swiss Master of Law (MLaw); admission to the Swiss Bar preferred.
• Professional experience in a real‑estate company’s legal department or private practice with a real‑estate focus.
• Strong expertise in Swiss real‑estate law, tenancy law, property law, construction contract law, and public construction and planning law.
• Ability to deliver pragmatic, business‑oriented legal advice while managing risks and ensuring compliance.
• Fluent German (written and spoken); English proficiency is an asset.
