Live Experience Manager

About the role

As a Live Experience Manager you will be responsible for creating and delivering premium off‑track experiences for guests, partners and the Audi Revolut F1 team. Based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland, you will work in a fast‑paced motorsport environment where precision and hospitality excellence are paramount.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute world‑class live experiences, including launch events, partner activations, media programmes, driving experiences and fan engagement initiatives.
• Manage end‑to‑end event production: concept development, venue selection, guest management, on‑site execution, catering, digital integration and logistics.
• Oversee operational delivery to ensure seamless guest journeys from registration through post‑event follow‑up.
• Define and uphold brand and service standards that reflect the Audi Revolut F1 identity.
• Integrate interactive digital elements and troubleshoot on‑site challenges to maintain high satisfaction.
• Analyse performance data, refine processes and implement quality‑control measures.
• Control budgeting, cost management and financial planning for each event.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external vendors to align with project requirements.
• Support on‑track events when required.

Required profile

• University degree in Event Management, Marketing/Communications, Sports Management, Tourism Management or Business Administration.
• Strong athlete mindset – resilient, goal‑oriented and able to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent organisational skills and a hands‑on approach.
