Community Impact Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Community Impact team and help translate On’s corporate values into real-world community action. You will be involved from day one in our biggest annual initiative, “Give Back Month”, and support a range of volunteer-driven projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate “Give Back Month” activities, organising volunteer events and ensuring every employee can participate meaningfully.
• Create internal communications and impact summaries that celebrate contributions and inspire further involvement.
• Manage logistical details of community events, including tracking participation metrics, ordering supplies and preparing materials.
• Handle donation requests, update the impact database, and assist with the preparation of event resources.
• Research emerging community needs and best practices to help the team innovate its outreach efforts.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational abilities and comfort juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Passion for making a positive difference and interest in how businesses can drive social impact.
• Curious mindset, willing to ask “why” and seek continuous improvement.
