Live Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role

As a Live Marketing Operations Specialist you will support the Audi Revolut F1 Team in delivering high‑impact marketing assets and events both on‑track and off‑track. You will work in a fast‑paced motorsport environment, ensuring that all live marketing activities meet brand standards and are executed flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and support the delivery of live marketing operations and assets for on‑track and off‑track events.
• Manage marketing assets such as show cars, simulators and display elements, including deployment for the team and its partners.
• Prepare sea and air freight packing lists and support global event logistics.
• Assist with logistics for Team Hospitality and Paddock Club kits.
• Track financial and logistical documentation related to projects.
• Support factory‑based events and hospitality operations as needed.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in project, asset or event management.
• University degree in Project Management, Marketing/Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Understanding of global event logistics and experience in premium brand environments; knowledge of Formula 1 events is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
