Logistics, Operations & Procurement Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional to join our Zurich team as a Logistics, Operations & Procurement Analyst. The role combines analysis of transportation, warehousing, operational performance and sourcing activities to drive efficiency across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse transportation, warehousing and distribution processes and monitor logistics KPIs.
• Support inventory management, demand planning and ensure cost‑effective delivery.
• Collect, analyse and visualise operational data, produce reports and dashboards for management.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose optimisation strategies.
• Assist sourcing and procurement activities, evaluate supplier performance and conduct cost analysis.
• Participate in vendor negotiations, contract administration and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations or procurement analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Fluent English; German or French a plus.
