Logistics Specialist

About the role

Join SR Technics, a global leader in engine MRO, as a Logistics Specialist on the shop floor at Zurich Airport. You will support the efficient flow of materials, ensuring that parts are stored, handled, and shipped in line with the company’s high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Pack, store, and ship materials while adhering to quality and safety guidelines.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods and related paperwork.
• Record and manage warehouse activities using SAP/ERP systems.
• Load and unload trucks and coordinate shipments with logistics partners.
• Perform basic quality checks and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth operations.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and uphold general warehouse standards.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training or apprenticeship in logistics or a comparable qualification.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills, team‑oriented mindset, and physical fitness for lifting heavy items.
• Valid driver’s licence and forklift licence.
• Fluent German and basic English (A2+).
• Willingness to work a 2‑shift system.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar ERP system).
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
