Logistics Specialist – Temperature‑Controlled Transport

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage temperature‑controlled air and road transport for a leading international pharmaceutical company in Lucerne. The role involves coordinating national and international shipments, ensuring compliance, and acting as the main export contact.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, organise and monitor temperature‑controlled transport for national and international shipments.
• Plan and manage shipping activities in close cooperation with internal and external clients.
• Prepare export documentation such as pro‑forma invoices, packing lists and dangerous‑goods certificates.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines.
• Process customs declarations using the ExpoVit system.
• Serve as the central point of contact for export inquiries within the company.

Required profile

• Professional experience in export and/or import logistics.
• Strong coordination and organisational abilities.
• Structured, proactive and independent working style.
• High quality and responsibility awareness.
• Excellent German and good English communication skills.
• Good computer literacy; SAP knowledge is a plus.
