Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d) – Schachen, Lucerne

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our client’s on‑site team in Schachen, Lucerne. The role focuses on international logistics, temperature‑controlled transports, and export compliance, working closely with global partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, organize, and monitor temperature‑controlled air and road transports (domestic & international).
• Plan and manage shipping activities in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare export documentation such as proforma invoices, packing lists, and dangerous‑goods certificates.
• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and internal policies.
• Handle customs declarations using the ExpoVit system.
• Act as the primary contact for all export‑related inquiries within the company.

Required profile

• Professional experience in export and/or import operations.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Structured, proactive, and independent working style.
• High level of quality awareness and sense of responsibility.
• Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken).

Required skills

• SAP knowledge.
• Familiarity with the ExpoVit customs declaration system.
