Manager Internal Communications (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

PMI is seeking a Manager Internal Communications on a fixed‑term basis to design and execute communication strategies that support leadership, business, functional, and change initiatives. You will craft engaging content, manage internal channels, and lead employee‑engagement activities such as town halls, webcasts, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communication plans aligned with business priorities and organizational change.
• Create compelling content for multiple channels (intranet, newsletters, videos, etc.).
• Manage internal communication platforms and coordinate employee‑engagement events.
• Partner with senior leaders and subject‑matter experts to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to employees on communication best practices.
• Design short‑ to mid‑term operational plans and drive function‑level projects to improve processes and standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex information.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing skills, especially with senior leaders.
• Demonstrated success developing communication plans for business priorities and change initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
• Proactive problem‑solver with business acumen and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed or multinational organization is a plus.
