Manager Process Engineering - Energy Systems

About the role

Join Kanadevia Inova as a senior leader responsible for driving process engineering within the Energy Systems unit. You will shape strategy, lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure delivery of high‑quality engineering solutions that turn waste into valuable energy and products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement departmental strategy and represent engineering externally.
• Lead, coach and optimise a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Support project execution, tendering and ensure timely delivery of systems, components and project deliverables within budget and quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, costs and resource allocation, taking corrective actions when required.
• Drive employee development through hiring, mentoring and career planning.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, business processes, standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Several years of engineering experience with strong expertise in plant engineering and project execution.
• Proven experience managing diverse functions and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex operational scenarios and make informed decisions independently.
• Business and commercial acumen with high cost awareness across the value chain.
