Manager Process Engineering - Plant treatment and technology

About the role

Join Kanadevia Inova as a Manager Process Engineering, leading the plant treatment and technology unit. You will be part of the unit management team, shaping strategy and representing engineering externally while driving project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing technical leadership, training and resource optimization.
• Support project execution and tendering activities, ensuring active team participation.
• Ensure timely delivery of engineering systems, components and project deliverables within budget and quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, costs and resource allocation, taking corrective actions when required.
• Drive employee development through hiring, coaching, mentoring, training and career planning.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, business processes, standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Several years of engineering experience, strong expertise in plant engineering and project execution, especially in flue gas treatment and balance of plant.
• Proven experience managing diverse functions and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills with ability to build long‑term collaboration.
• Ability to evaluate complex operational scenarios, make informed decisions independently and apply advanced problem‑solving methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, products, suppliers and market dynamics.
• Strong business and commercial acumen with high cost awareness across the value chain.
