Manager / Senior Manager – Financial Services Audit

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead financial services audit engagements for a portfolio of international and local banking clients. You will work independently while benefiting from the expertise of a multinational team, gaining early responsibility and exposure to complex regulatory environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and lead financial and regulatory audits for banking clients, including fieldwork coordination.
• Manage audit teams, coach junior members and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Analyse complex balance‑sheet items such as goodwill, loan loss provisions, and non‑standard financial investments.
• Address regulatory topics including anti‑money laundering, risk management, solvency and consolidated supervision.
• Support continuous training and professional development of the audit team.

Required profile

• Swiss Certified Public Accountant (Swiss CPA) or FAOA‑registered auditor, or equivalent foreign qualification in progress.
• Minimum 4 years of audit experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting principles and FINMA banking regulations.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
