About the role
Lonza is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist for its Ibex® Complex in Visp, Switzerland. The role supports production of biological products within a modular, state‑of‑the‑art facility.
Key responsibilities
- Perform production tasks in compliance with safety regulations and cGMP quality requirements.
- Identify, interpret and eliminate deviations during manufacturing.
- Execute production steps, record data and perform necessary calculations.
- Assist in training new team members.
Required profile
- Completed education in chemical or biopharmaceutical sciences.
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator or production technician.
- Safety‑conscious work attitude and knowledge of process engineering.
- Fluent English; German language skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to work a flexible 4‑shift pattern.
Required skills
- Process engineering knowledge.
- Understanding of cGMP quality standards.
