Market HR Lead – France

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead people strategy for our Central Europe sales and delivery organization in Paris. The role partners closely with senior regional leaders to drive employee engagement, organizational scalability, and the execution of the Tesla mission.

Key responsibilities

• Serve on the Central Europe Sales and Delivery Leadership Team as a strategic HR partner.
• Coach senior regional leadership and advise on people implications of business decisions.
• Define, align, and implement people initiatives across the region, ensuring cross‑functional and cross‑geography consistency.
• Lead organizational design, change, restructuring, and consolidation projects.
• Drive strategic workforce planning, growth, and expansion initiatives.
• Introduce innovative HR solutions based on current trends and best practices.
• Support leadership in fostering an inclusive, performance‑oriented culture and develop engagement strategies.
• Oversee talent management, succession planning, and retention for high‑potential talent.
• Build and lead a high‑performing commercial HR team of HR Partners.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Human Resources, preferably within a commercial or sales environment.
• Strong understanding of French employment law and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to coach senior leaders and act as a critical thought partner.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Track record of developing talent, succession plans, and retention strategies.
