Marketing and Campaigns Specialist – Individual Giving

About the role

The International Organization for Migration is seeking a Marketing and Campaigns Specialist to design, execute and optimise audience‑focused fundraising campaigns that grow individual giving revenue. Working under the Head of Private Sector Partnership Division and directly reporting to the Head of Individual Giving Unit, the specialist will combine strategic marketing, data‑driven decision making and creative collaboration to deliver compelling digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create overarching campaign plans and donor journeys aligned with annual revenue targets.
• Develop and launch annual and seasonal fundraising campaigns across earned, owned and paid digital media.
• Produce clear briefing documents and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of evergreen and time‑specific individual giving campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance data to refine strategies and maximise donor engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and managing fundraising or marketing campaigns, preferably in a non‑profit or international setting.
• Strong ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive collaborative, innovative solutions.
• Comfortable with data‑driven decision making and continuous optimisation of campaign results.
