Marketing Coordinator – International Marketing

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the International Marketing portfolio, ensuring smooth execution of projects, campaigns, and events across the business unit. This position blends creativity with analytical thinking to help drive the company’s healthcare marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects, meetings, product launches, congresses and other events.
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media, email marketing and digital advertising.
• Facilitate market research, organise analysis dissemination and update performance dashboards.
• Maintain marketing databases and digital asset management systems such as VEEVA PromoMats.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute initiatives.
• Support development of marketing materials, presentations and inventory of digital assets.
• Assist with budget tracking for the International Marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Life Sciences or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of coordination experience in an international commercial or marketing environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Understanding of healthcare marketing principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of VEEVA PromoMats or similar digital asset management tools.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
