Marketing Executive – Switzerland

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing and communications initiatives for a technology‑driven organization in Switzerland. The role will work closely with Marketing Managers and cross‑functional teams to deliver campaigns that align with business objectives and vendor strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Managers in planning and executing marketing and communications plans across assigned business divisions.
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal MarComms teams to track progress, share updates, and report on campaign results.
• Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to ROI reporting and performance analysis of campaigns.
• Support copywriting, editing and preparation of marketing materials.
• Provide creative input and brief designers or external agencies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in marketing, communications or a similar role.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong multitasking ability and comfort working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creativity, initiative and willingness to contribute ideas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
