About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will blend content creation, growth tactics, and AI tools to boost the visibility of our B2B digital products. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience from day one in a fast‑paced, product‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging marketing assets such as blog posts, case studies, social media updates, and campaign copy.
• Support brand visibility analysis in large language models and implement optimisation actions.
• Participate in event‑related marketing activities and broader content projects.
• Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, productivity, and marketing analytics.
• Assist in coordinating small projects, gradually taking ownership of larger initiatives.

Required profile

• First‑hand experience in marketing through internships, freelance work, academic projects or brand‑management tasks.
• Strong writing and content‑creation abilities with a portfolio of blog posts, articles or LinkedIn content.
• Ability to manage small projects independently from start to finish.
• Confident communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Basic analytical mindset and hands‑on experience using AI tools in daily work.
