Marketing Full Funnel Analyst

About the role

Explora Journeys is seeking a Marketing Full Funnel Analyst to join its Geneva office. The role will optimise marketing investments across the entire customer journey, from awareness to loyalty, driving revenue growth and ROI for the luxury cruise brand.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse marketing performance against brand and commercial KPIs, providing actionable insights.
• Develop, track and act on key marketing metrics across paid, owned and earned channels, campaigns and audience segments.
• Quantify ROI, ROAS, CPA and CPLA by campaign, touchpoint and market to continuously optimise spend.
• Build and maintain full‑funnel performance scorecards and attribution models (media‑mix, multi‑touch) to identify bottlenecks and allocate budget efficiently.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital, Finance, Commercial and Revenue teams to forecast investment impacts and align activities with commercial targets.
• Conduct competitive and market trend analysis to support strategic planning.
• Prepare executive‑ready presentations with data‑driven recommendations and visualisations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, commercial analytics, business intelligence or performance marketing analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in luxury, hospitality or travel sectors is a plus.
