Marketing & Growth Specialist (80-100%)

About the role

Salona Consulting is seeking a Marketing & Growth Specialist to professionalize and scale its marketing and sales processes. Working directly with the founder and closely with operations, onboarding, and marketing teams, you will help shape the customer journey and drive growth for a premium international heritage service.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and improve sales and lead‑management processes.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, content planning and the relaunch of the website and customer portal.
• Enhance customer journey, onboarding flows and CRM communication workflows.
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies.
• Support content creation for Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads and YouTube.
• Assist with email marketing, lead nurturing and performance analysis.
• Maintain consistency of Salona’s premium brand positioning and communication.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing, sales, growth or customer‑journey roles.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, growing environment.
• Interest in branding, systems, operations and process improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and proactively.
• Excellent English; Croatian or Portuguese a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems, automations or digital tools is advantageous.
