About the role

This senior position drives global market development and launch readiness strategies to support successful product commercialization. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to shape market initiatives, develop go‑to‑market plans, and ensure organizational readiness for launch.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Global Commercial Leadership (GCL) to create cohesive market‑shaping strategies across customers and regions.
• Lead execution of marketing development tactical plans, ensuring an omnichannel footprint for launch success.
• Onboard and manage agency partners to develop tactical assets and programs.
• Develop messaging hierarchy, creative guidelines, and both unbranded and branded style guides.
• Support GCL in Go‑To‑Market launch strategy, including positioning, messaging, and tactical plan development.
• Prepare the organization for launch through Launch Readiness Reviews and global SWOT analyses.
• Collaborate with insights, medical affairs, patient advocacy, and corporate communications to align messaging and launch tactics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
• 12‑15 years of biopharmaceutical marketing experience, including agency management, R&D collaboration, forecasting, and analytics.
• Experience commercializing rare disease products highly desired.
• Strong analytical, financial, strategic, and project‑management skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience with VEEVA promotional tools.
• PowerPoint for presentation development.
