About the role
This is a high‑impact, hands‑on Marketing Manager position focused on driving pipeline growth and go‑to‑market execution for a leading data software solution. You will operate at the intersection of demand generation, content strategy, and performance marketing, owning campaigns that directly influence revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end demand generation across channels such as content marketing, email, paid media, webinars, and field events.
- Design, launch, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns, tracking performance and iterating based on data.
- Create high‑quality content including thought leadership, case studies, product messaging, and SEO‑driven website copy.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, audience segmentation, competitive research, and campaign analysis.
- Manage marketing analytics and reporting in Salesforce, measuring pipeline contribution, ROI, and channel effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with sales and senior leadership to align messaging, improve conversion rates, and refine go‑to‑market strategy.
Required profile
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or software.
- Proven track record of independently owning full‑funnel campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience building reports or segmentation models.
- Comfort working in a lean, fast‑paced environment with a “do‑it‑all” mentality.
Required skills
- AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude applied to marketing workflows.
- Salesforce CRM for campaign tracking and pipeline attribution.
- SEO and content creation techniques.
