Marketing Specialist

About the role

Audon is seeking a Marketing Specialist to help build and grow the premium Proven Winners® plant brand across Europe. Based in the Nyon region, you will work closely with the Valkplant and ColorChoice Plants Europe teams to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital brand promotion campaigns, creating photo, video and text content.
• Manage social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) and maintain website content for provenwinner.eu, valkplant.eu and the consumer webshop.
• Produce analog promotional materials such as posters, brochures and catalogues, and support event organization.
• Monitor industry trends, assess social media performance, optimise budgets and prepare bi‑annual digital marketing reports.
• Engage with partners and top plant influencers to build sustainable relationships.
• Track KPIs related to follower growth, content views and sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Confident, self‑motivated, proactive and resilient.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Higher professional education in marketing, commerce or a related field.
