Marketing Technology Specialist – Senior Associate/Manager

About the role

PwC Switzerland is looking for a Marketing Technology Lead (Senior Associate level) within its IFS Brand & Communications line of service. The role builds a future-ready, AI-enabled marketing organisation, working with Strategic Marketing, Corporate Communications and specialist Marketing Operations teams on- and offshore. It combines technology, data and AI to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the marketing technology strategy and roadmap aligned with FY27 priorities.
• Lead the modernisation of the marketing tech ecosystem, including a move to cloud-native, integrated platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform.
• Partner with IT to re-architect and optimise the marketing data foundation and data architecture.
• Drive an AI-enabled, agent-driven marketing operating model and enable execution through automation, standardisation and AI.
• Lead development and optimisation of CRM, CMS, marketing automation and digital platforms.
• Work with Data & Analytics and Compliance teams on data quality, governance and insights.
• Support targeted activation, audience management and performance marketing with Strategic Marketing and Campaigns and Channels, using self-service tools.
• Manage relationships with technology partners and vendors (e.g. Adobe, Microsoft, AI partners).

Required profile

• 6-8+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital platforms or marketing operations.
• Proven experience implementing and managing martech ecosystems (CRM, CMS, automation, data platforms).
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data-driven marketing, AI and automation, B2B marketing and campaign activation.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and integrated tech stacks.
• Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.
