Mechanical Technician – Precision Assembly & Calibration

About the role

Eulitha, a Swiss deep‑technology company, is developing advanced lithography equipment for photonics applications. We are seeking a Mechanical Technician to assemble, calibrate and test high‑precision modules that become part of our next‑generation lithography systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, calibrate and test precision modules and components, often within a cleanroom environment.
• Perform service, maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment and technical infrastructure.
• Develop and keep detailed manufacturing and process documentation.
• Support procurement of tools, materials and spare parts in coordination with the team.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, optics, software and controls engineering groups.
• Execute light machining and metal‑part modifications as required.
• Assist in disassembly, packing and shipping of complete machines.
• Contribute to additional production tasks to meet project milestones.

Required profile

• Advanced diploma (Techniker/in HF) in Mechanical or Systems Engineering, or a degree from a University of Applied Sciences.
• Hands‑on experience in precision assembly, calibration or micro‑mechanical manufacturing.
• Proficient at reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics and assembly instructions.
• Structured, quality‑focused and solution‑oriented work style.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Good command of English.
• Forklift licence is a plus.
