Media Activations Project Manager – Luxury Watchmaking

About the role

Vacheron Constantin is seeking an agile, result‑driven Media Activations Project Manager to shape the brand’s worldwide presence. Reporting to the Head of Media & Digital Communication, you will support multiple markets in deploying the Maison’s global media strategy while respecting local specificities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the deployment of global media and advertising guidelines across all markets.
• Support and guide local teams on media‑plan optimisation and operational development.
• Collaborate with HQ Marketing & Communication and the media agency to ensure consistent messaging and operational excellence.
• Review and produce integrated media flowcharts for quarterly market distribution.
• Validate OOH/DOOH approval forms to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Analyse media performance reports and provide insights for budget optimisation.
• Monitor and consolidate feedback from markets regarding local media agencies.

Required profile

• Solid experience in media roles, either in‑house or agency, preferably with global scope.
• Strong knowledge of offline and digital media, ideally within the luxury sector.
• Leadership ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
• Data‑driven mindset with proven analytical decision‑making.
• Track record of managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Fluency in English and French.
