About the role

The Public Relations Specialist will support the Commercial and Marketing Division by promoting the brand and its collections to the media and external audiences. Reporting to the division, the role combines press liaison, communication planning and event coordination to enhance brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for specialized and general press, maintaining direct relationships with journalists and international press officers.
• Develop and nurture a high‑level media network, monitoring trends in the media landscape.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of press communication plans and strategies.
• Organise product launches, watch fairs, exhibitions, interviews and other brand events, managing budgets and quality standards.
• Produce and distribute press‑ready content adapted to digital platforms while respecting the brand’s heritage.
• Coordinate press visits to the Manufacture and manage post‑visit follow‑up, including requests and coverage analysis.
• Track, analyse and report on press coverage to measure impact and recommend optimisation actions.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in a similar PR role, preferably within a watchmaking or luxury brand.
• Degree in Communication, Public Relations or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong general culture and a genuine interest in horology.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage journalists, media partners and external stakeholders.
• Fluent French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven project‑management capabilities and analytical mindset.
• Discretion, confidentiality and a proactive, adaptable attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using digital communication tools and platforms (social media, online media, content management and distribution systems).
