Medical Affairs Specialist

About the role

Teoxane Laboratories, a leader in hyaluronic‑acid based dermal fillers, is seeking a Medical Affairs Specialist to support scientific knowledge management, medical information services and publications within the aesthetic medicine field.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and appraise scientific literature, conduct medical watch analyses, and translate findings into presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and produce medical writing deliverables such as State‑of‑the‑Art documents, ensuring compliance with Teoxane QMS procedures.
• Provide regular medical information services, develop AI‑based data extraction tools, and maintain library resources for internal and external requests.
• Manage publication projects, liaise with authors and medical writing agencies, and review press releases and other medical materials.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine or pharmacy (PhD, MD, PharmD).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar medical affairs role; experience in aesthetic medicine is a plus.
• Excellent medical writing, compliance knowledge and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility and proven cross‑functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English (C1); additional languages are advantageous.
