.NET Software Engineer (German speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated .NET Software Engineer to join an innovative software company near Zurich. You will work on the design and development of complex .NET applications, from initial concept through to a market‑ready product, in a German‑speaking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance .NET applications using C# and the latest .NET version.
• Design messaging layers and distributed system architecture.
• Implement system testing, Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration pipelines.
• Utilise mocking frameworks to ensure robust unit testing.
• Collaborate within Agile Scrum teams and contribute both individually and as part of a group.
• Participate in the creation of a new application from scratch.

Required profile

• Strong experience with complex .NET development and C#.
• Knowledge of messaging layers and distributed system architecture.
• Proficiency in system testing, TDD, CI and mocking frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Fluent German, based in Switzerland with the right to work.
• Relevant degree is a plus.
