.NET Software Engineer – Zurich (German speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated .NET Software Engineer to join an innovative software company near Zurich. You will be involved from the initial concept through to a market‑ready product, working on complex .NET applications within a fast‑growing, technically challenging project.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance .NET applications using the latest .NET 9 framework.
• Implement messaging layers and distributed system architecture.
• Apply Test‑Driven Development (TDD), continuous integration and mocking frameworks to ensure high‑quality code.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
• Collaborate both independently and within a cross‑functional team, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset.

Required profile

• Strong experience with complex .NET applications and C# programming.
• Hands‑on knowledge of messaging systems and distributed architectures.
• Proficiency in system testing, TDD, CI pipelines and mocking tools.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
• Relevant degree (highly favourable) and fluent German.
• Legal right to work in Switzerland and based in the country.
