Online Marketing Coordinator / Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Online Marketing Coordinator/Specialist to drive the digital presence of Swiss Exams, Switzerland’s leading language‑examination provider. Reporting to the Marketing Team‑leader, you will own the implementation, optimisation and day‑to‑day execution of our online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve website visibility, usability and conversion performance.
• Monitor, analyse and interpret digital marketing data to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan, execute and optimise SEO activities, including keyword research, competitor analysis and technical optimisation.
• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns in collaboration with external consultants.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms, and maintain content calendars.
• Produce posts, visuals, short videos and AI‑supported assets tailored to different audiences.
• Generate regular performance reports and actionable recommendations using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and Semrush.

Required profile

• Proactive professional with a blend of analytical thinking and creativity.
• Proven experience in digital marketing covering SEO, SEA and social media.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical improvements.
• Confidence working independently while coordinating with international colleagues.
• Excellent organisational abilities.
