About the role
We are seeking a sharp, structured, bilingual Operations Manager to join a mission‑driven organization. Working closely with the founder and current operations lead, you will design and consolidate key systems that support our clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a centralized client database, billing workflows, booking and reminder systems, and accounting dashboards.
- Take ownership of operational systems covering 40‑60% of workload, including calendar management, invoicing, client communications, financial tracking and reporting.
- Document internal processes and ensure operational clarity across executive programs and certifications.
- Continuously improve administrative consistency and system efficiency.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of professional experience in a structured environment such as a startup, consulting firm, SME, scale‑up or high‑performance organization.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Based in Switzerland or within easy travel distance.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems and automation tools.
- Strong ability to anticipate needs, work quickly with precision, and build invisible systems that enable visible impact.
