Outbound Sales Development Representative

About the role

QuickMail is looking for a high‑energy Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive lead generation, conduct product demos and move prospects through the sales funnel. You will work closely with the founder and the customer‑success team in a fast‑paced, merit‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads from business databases.
• Cold‑call prospects to secure appointments and reduce no‑shows.
• Deliver product demonstrations that convert leads into potential clients.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in the Pipedrive CRM.
• Follow up leads via LinkedIn, email and phone.
• Collaborate with customer success to ensure leads close.
• Adapt quickly to market changes and product updates.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales.
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling ghosting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, problem‑solver who works autonomously.
• Quick learner of technical concepts and able to explain them simply.
• Resilient and adaptable to rapid changes.
• Open to direct feedback and high accountability.
