Outside Account Manager – Western Switzerland

About the role

Cannondale is seeking an Outside Account Manager for Western Switzerland to act as the primary liaison with its dealer network. You will develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective authorized dealers, own the territory business plan, and drive sales to meet ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Inside Sales, After‑Sales, Credit and other internal teams to strengthen dealer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Implement Cannondale’s commercial strategy, building a future‑ready, agile retail network.
• Provide active sales support and top‑tier service to dealers across the territory.
• Assist dealers with marketing tools, guidance and growth initiatives.
• Lead distribution efforts and contribute to territory expansion.
• Support accounts receivable processes and ensure timely collections.
• Participate in sales trainings, seminars and ongoing education.
• Share market insights and product feedback with the Product team.
• Represent Cannondale at dealer events, trade shows and local demos.
• Contribute to process improvement, operational excellence and a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Education in Sales or a Bachelor’s degree in economics, international business, sales management or a related field.
• Extensive network within the territory and experience in the cycling, sports or outdoor industry.
• Proven experience in a similar sales/account management role.
• Strong motivation, results‑orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work remotely as needed.
