Paid Social Specialist

About the role

Join EF Language Abroad’s Zurich office as a Paid Social Specialist, working in an international environment where English is the working language. You will create and manage dynamic ad creatives across multiple paid social platforms, ensuring they are on‑brand and performance‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage dynamic ad templates and creative assets in Smartly.io for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit and other platforms.
• Leverage Smartly.io automation to produce personalized, data‑driven ad variations at scale.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to translate briefs into compelling visual concepts.
• Maintain a library of reusable ad templates, adapting them for different languages and markets.
• Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, copy and audience segments.
• Monitor creative‑level performance, extract insights and optimise future production.
• Work closely with paid social campaign managers, creative and analytics teams to align assets with campaign goals.
• Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reviews with creative insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in paid social creative production or performance design.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for platform‑native ad creatives.
• Ability to balance creative quality with performance metrics such as CTR and conversion.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts and insights.

• Smartly.io (creative automation, dynamic templates, feed‑based personalization)
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
• Figma
• Knowledge of ad specifications for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit
