Paralegal – AI & Tech Enablement

About the role

Partners Group is seeking a Paralegal who blends traditional legal support with a passion for AI and technology. The role sits within the Investment Legal team and will help modernise legal operations across private equity, real estate, infrastructure and private credit investments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality legal, operational and administrative support throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Liaise with external counsel, service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with investment‑related legal processes.
• Manage regulatory documentation, service‑provider coordination and compliance tracking.
• Develop and pilot use cases for legal AI tools such as contract review, knowledge management and obligation tracking.
• Design, build and roll out bespoke AI agents and automated workflows tailored to Investment Legal needs.
• Lead training and adoption initiatives to embed new tools and ways of working.
• Partner with internal technology, data and innovation teams to evaluate and implement fit‑for‑purpose solutions.

Required profile

• Strong interest in the intersection of law, technology and business.
• Experience or demonstrated curiosity with AI/tech solutions applied to legal processes.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment and interact with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
