Physiotherapist – Spa & Wellness (80% FTE)

About the role

Join the prestigious Kempinski spa team in St. Moritz for the winter season 2026/2027. As a Physiotherapist you will deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based treatments to guests seeking relief, mobility improvement and a luxurious wellness experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assess guests' needs and design personalized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Provide manual therapy, deep‑tissue massage, myofascial release and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
• Advise guests on posture, stretching techniques and injury‑prevention strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the spa team to ensure a seamless wellness journey.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Physiotherapy with a valid professional licence.
• Experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and manual therapy.
• Strong knowledge of deep‑tissue and therapeutic massage techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or spa environment is preferred.
