Power BI Developer / Data Visualization Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Power BI Developer / Data Visualization Specialist to turn complex datasets into clear, decision‑driving visual insights. Working fully remotely, you will design interactive dashboards that help business stakeholders quickly understand performance, trends, and opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards using charts, maps, slicers, heat maps, and custom visuals.
• Perform complex DAX calculations (aggregate, date, logical, string, table).
• Connect Power BI to multiple data sources and ensure reliable data extraction.
• Clean, transform, and model data for accuracy and optimal reporting performance.
• Create and maintain custom visuals and grouped reporting structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable dashboards.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting frameworks and visualization standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Data Visualization Specialist.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good communication skills for collaboration with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
